Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully. By enabling JolllyCoin, you are agreeing to these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, do not enable JolllyCoin.

Welcome and many thanks for visiting and using the website https://jolllycoin.com. From now on hereinafter referred to as "JolllyCoin" or "We/Us/Our". These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with https://jolllycoin.com website (the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, do not enable JolllyCoin.

You do not have the right to use the Application and may not accept the terms in this Agreement if:

• You're below the legal age in the country you reside in, or you're legally incompetent in any other way to form a binding agreement as intended herein;
• You are prohibited from using the Application under any applicable laws, including the laws of your country of residence or from which you use the Application;
• Legal agreements with your internet or mobile service provider (etc.) prohibit you from entering agreements similar to this one by defining how you can share your internet traffic, IP address, and device resources, among other things. You're developing or have developed a competing product and plan to access the Application for the purpose of monitoring behavior, availability, performance, and/or functionality or for any other competitive purpose.

Having installed the Application and agreed to this Agreement, the user becomes a part of JolllyCoin's network of users that share their Internet traffic with JolllyCoin and/or complete tasks, surveys, or other offers through the platform, and are awarded Earnings that can later be paid out as described in this Agreement.

Becoming a part of JolllyCoin's network means that the user willingly shares Internet traffic with JolllyCoin and its Clients. Clients are unaware of which specific users' Internet traffic they are using, and users don't know which particular Client uses their traffic. JolllyCoin may grant or deny such requests based on traffic demand, location, or platform functionality available to users at the time.

In accordance with the above, not all users will share identical traffic volumes, as this depends on demand for their Internet traffic, as it depends on whether there is demand for their Internet traffic. If a surplus of traffic originates from a specific location, JolllyCoin retains the right to limit traffic sharing for certain users to prevent network overutilization. To ensure traffic quality for Clients and maximize user earnings potential, we limit devices per IP address and may restrict usage types of IPs connected to our network. These limitations are subject to change and disclosed in our FAQ.

By using the Application and agreeing to this Agreement, you acknowledge that various businesses may use your shared traffic for purposes including but not limited to: advertisement verification (potentially exposing you to specific ads online), web data collection (which may trigger captchas on certain websites), or streaming service access/provision.

If you have a streaming platform account and a Client uses your device as an exit gateway to access the same platform, you may be temporarily unable to use those services. Clients engaging in this use case primarily utilize traffic from users who enable our CD functionality. While we take reasonable measures to prevent user impacts, you are responsible for your ability to share traffic, complete tasks/surveys/offers, and comply with local laws, regulations, and third-party agreements.

JolllyCoin is intended for use on personal devices only (such as personal computers, mobile devices, SmartTVs, etc. that are in actual use by you as part of your everyday life). For the avoidance of doubt, JolllyCoin should not be installed in hosting services (including personal /"home servers") or on other non-personal use devices. Installing JolllyCoin app on non-personal devices constitutes a violation of JolllyCoin app's terms of use.

In consideration for continued access to JolllyCoin, you agree to adhere to the terms governing member conduct as written herein. You understand that your account and any Credits you have earned can be terminated or suspended at the sole discretion of JolllyCoin if JolllyCoin reasonably believes you have violated the terms of member conduct in any way. You understand that JolllyCoin and software embedded within JolllyCoin may include security components that monitor the use and conduct of users. You may not attempt to override or circumvent any of the security measures, monitoring measures, or usage rules embedded into JolllyCoin. Any unauthorized modification of any kind of software provided by JolllyCoin, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

When using JolllyCoin, you agree not to:

You acknowledge that JolllyCoin may or may not pre-screen content, but that JolllyCoin and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any content that is available via JolllyCoin. Without limiting the foregoing, JolllyCoin and its designees shall have the right to remove any content that violates applicable law, this Agreement, or is otherwise objectionable.

You acknowledge, consent and agree that JolllyCoin may access, preserve and disclose your account information if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with legal process; (ii) enforce this Agreement; (iii) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; (iv) respond to your requests for customer service.

JolllyCoin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, JolllyCoin or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

In no event will JolllyCoin be liable under this Terms for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages or any loss, profits, or revenue (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory) in any way relating to this Terms, even if JolllyCoin had been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.

This Terms shall remain in effect until terminated by you or JolllyCoin.

JolllyCoin may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Terms with or without prior notice. This Terms will terminate immediately, without prior notice from JolllyCoin, if you fail to comply with any provision of this Terms. You may terminate this Terms by opting out of our network through the JolllyCoin settings. You may also terminate this Terms by deleting JolllyCoin and all copies thereof from your device(s).

JolllyCoin provides the Application as is. The Application is provided without any kind of warranties, expressed or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The User is accessing and using the Application at their own risk and is solely responsible for their eligibility to use the Application and share their internet traffic.

JolllyCoin disclaims any and all warranties and representations, expressed or implied. JolllyCoin does not guarantee and does not promise any specific results from the use or the inability to use the Application. JolllyCoin does not warrant that the Application or possible monetization results are accurate, reliable, complete, current, or error-free. JolllyCoin cannot guarantee that no technical malfunctions or problems with your device will not occur.

This Terms constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the matters referred to herein.

All notices or other communications hereunder shall be given by email to the email address provided by the parties as part of the registration to JolllyCoin.

If any provision of this Agreement will be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to any law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect as if said provision never existed.

No failure or delay on the part of any party hereto in exercising any right, power, or remedy hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof.

JolllyCoin may, at any time, and at its sole discretion, modify this Terms, with or without notice to the Client. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Client's continued use of the Systems and Service following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
